WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE R 3,999 AND WE DELIVER NATIONWIDE.
We offer delivery to all provinces in South Africa. To most of the main cities like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Vereeniging, Pietermaritzburg, Soweto, and Port Elizabeth. We will deliver within 3 working days and to other cities or remote areas we will deliver within 5 working days. If you need more details about the delivery times to other cities or remote areas, please contact us.
DELIVERY METHODS:
- Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door).
- Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. No deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays (unless stated otherwise)
- We offer free delivery nationwide for all order above R 3,999.
- The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the order will be returned and this will delay you receiving your order on time.
- Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
- Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.
- We do not deliver outside South Africa, but you may contact us to make prior arrangements for your courier service to collect your order from a pre-agreed address, which we will make ready for collection after invoicing your order.
- No deliveries to a Postal Box
WAREHOUSE COLLECTION:
If you have chosen to collect your order in person directly from our warehouse, you must have an organized collection slot allocated before your arrival. Please bear in mind that we are a functioning warehouse not a showroom and we cannot accommodate customers who do not have a prior confirmed collection appointment. We do not offer tours of our warehouse or have products on display to view.
ORGANISING COLLECTION:
1. Once you have placed your order and we confirm payment on your order for collection, Standby Generators will email you when the order is ready to collect.
** PLEASE NOTE: If you show up prior to our collection confirmation we will not be able to supply you with your order on demand.
2. Upon arrival please ring the bell and wait for assistance, we ask that you do not proceed into the warehouse for health and safety reasons. Someone will be with you shortly, please bring your order details and some form of ID with you.
3. Once your order details have been confirmed, your order will be brought out to the front of our warehouse. Please make sure you have an adequate sized vehicle for your items and bring extra pair of hands to help with larger items. If you need more info on weights and box dimensions of your order we can provide you with this on request. We cannot load goods into your vehicle as we cannot be accountable/liable for insurance purposes.
4. Once the item has left our warehouse premises, you as the customer take full responsibility for any damages that may be caused to products during loading or transit.
Please Note: Our Warehouse is only open for collection Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS:
You will receive a notification prior to your order being fulfilled or dispatched – this a result of our team booking the delivery of your order in anticipation of a dispatch within the next 24 hours.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information (depending of the service provider used) will be updated as soon as the barcode on your parcel has been scanned. If you order can’t be tracked it may not yet have left our warehouse (or the service provided does not offer that service) but it will be due to leave the next working day (orders are only dispatch Mon -Fri).
